NOSTRA 2026

NOSTRA, Latin for "ours", is the annual literary magazine produced by the Newcomb Scholars at the Newcomb Institute at Tulane University. The magazine is a showcase for the Newcomb Scholars' creative and intellectual work.

"Our Roots" was this year's theme, and the students explored "what does home mean," a complicated question for many reasons at this point in their lives. They wanted a nostalgic, cozy visual vibe that encompassed the micro- and macrocosms of the spaces and places we call home.
